Pool and Natatorium Studies
Aquattica Pools & Water Parks can provide a complete study that would include, but is not limited to, safety issues, code compliance issues, and analysis of existing conditions relative to programming, operations, equipment evaluation and maintenance. Our recommendations and associated budgets not only help to establish a need, if one exists, but also provides you with information so that intelligent decisions can be made regarding priorities, time frames, and related costs.
A pool study may include:
1. A site visit to perform a thorough inspection, collect all available existing data (ie. AIA drawings, "as built" drawings, repair and/or renovation history, ECT), and gather information from the owner, pool operator, swim coach, lifeguards or interested end users.
2. A written report that:
a. Offers a general review of the existing conditions;
b. Notes any safety hazards and/or violations of the current health code;
c. Provides a prioritized list of observations that need to be addressed;
d. Offers recommendations, each accompanied with a line item budget;
e. Completed by summary statement.
