Dushyanthi Nirmalan, P.E.
Engineer
Dushy is a graduate of Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa with a M.S. in Structural Engineering and Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India with a B.Tech, in Civil Engineering. She has extensive background in designing pre-stressed and post tensioned structures, quality control on final plans, and designing concrete and steel structures. Dushy has been with our firm for over 4 years with a concentration on the design and operation of swimming pools and pool structures.

Andrew S. Bell, P.E.
Senior Engineer
Andy is a graduate of Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY with a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a major in Structural Engineering. Andy has a relationship with specialty pool construction companies and a technical knowledge of current construction techniques and applications. His specific knowledge of the swimming pool, natatorium related equipment, specialty manufacturers, work with state authorities, and the various departments of health code compliance issues are valuable assets to all our projects.

Gary R. Schultz, CEO
Director of Operations
Gary is a graduate of Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY with a B.S. in Business-Economics. He has over 25 years of specific and specialized experience on virtually all areas of commercial, institutional, and municipal swimming pool design, engineering, construction, and related equipment. He has a long history with all the major commercial swimming pool manufacturers and their pool products. He has extensive experience working closely with committees, as well as state and local code officials. This background coupled with a history of hundreds of successful completed projects of new and renovated swimming pools makes him a valuable asset to any project.
